1:50:24 PM Commissioner Skinner Mr. Chair, finding that the Refuse District Board is recommending approval and that the loan will be paid from revenues from the landfill, and there's no tax dollars associated with this loan, I'll move to approve this Resolution #2005-136 which is a resolution authorizing the borrowing of $525,000 for a Gallatin County Solid Waste District Revenue Bond.
